At St. John Lutheran Daycare, we give thanks daily for the gift of each child entrusted to our care as we teach them about Jesus and His love through our words and actions.

What is “Christian” about the services provided by St. John Lutheran Daycare?
We provide a loving and Christ-centered environment for all our children. Toddlers and preschoolers learn about Jesus during circle time and chapel. We read the Bible, sing Christian songs, and say a table prayer before meals. We also observe the church calendar and holidays: Thanksgiving (giving thanks to God), Christmas (Jesus’ birthday), and Easter (Jesus’ resurrection).

Mission Statement
The mission of St. John Lutheran Daycare is to serve God and families by providing a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered environment in which children can grow socially, emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually. In partnership with families, we seek to share the love of Jesus and help children know that they are created, valued, and redeemed by God.
Daycare Goals
For the child: To provide opportunities to be with other children in a Christian setting conducive to the developmental needs of each child. To provide learning experiences and activities to help attain a healthy self-concept. To provide each child with a setting and program that maximizes growth potential in the intellectual, physical, emotional, social, and spiritual areas.
For the parent: To provide peace of mind that each child is in a happy, healthy, and nurturing environment, provided with opportunities for growth and development.
